Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "dfnocai" refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain dfnocai.org, including all services, websites, applications and content provided under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the dfnocai platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered through the dfnocai platform.
• "Services" covers all games, betting, promotions, bonuses and any other facilities offered by dfnocai.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to free credits granted to users through specific promotions or offers, subject to the wagering requirements set.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user into their dfnocai account using Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dfnocai platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms stated in this document.
• You are at least 21 years of age and are legally eligible in your jurisdiction to participate in online betting activities.
• You are using this platform entirely of your own free will and take full responsibility for any betting decisions made.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are able to bear any losses incurred.

dfnocai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this platform after any changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Account Registration

Account registration at dfnocai is subject to the following conditions:

• Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of account balances.
• Users must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including full name, mobile phone number, active email and any other information requested.
• dfnocai reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport.
• Accounts registered using false information or another person's information will be closed immediately and the account balance will not be returned.
• The account password is the user's sole responsibility. dfnocai will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use arising from the user's negligence in keeping their password confidential.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dfnocai platform are subject to the following policy:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method.
• Deposit methods accepted by dfnocai are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• All deposits will be credited to the account once payment confirmation is received from the service provider.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the payment details entered are accurate. dfnocai is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information entered by the user.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method chosen and the verification process.
• dfnocai reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit or to an account verified in the name of the registered user.
• Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to the bonus wagering requirements — all wagering requirements must be completed first before a withdrawal is permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dfnocai offers various promotions to its members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus — dfnocai offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus requires a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of the bonus funds is permitted.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 must be wagered. Or: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used to place bets until the wagering requirement is met.
• dfnocai reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if a user is found to be using arbitrage strategies, abusing promotions or violating any of these terms.
• The dfnocai VIP Programme offers weekly cashback across five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP tier is determined based on overall betting performance and membership duration.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

dfnocai users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Registering or using multiple accounts to gain bonus or promotion advantages.
• Using bot software, automated scripts or any other tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the dfnocai platform.
• Sharing account login information with other individuals or allowing others to play using your account.
• Carrying out any action intended to disrupt, damage or steal data from other users or the dfnocai system.
• Using another person's account or a payment card that does not belong to you to carry out transactions.
• Providing false information or impersonating another individual.

dfnocai reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding account balances and reporting to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the dfnocai platform — including logos, graphics, text, designs, user interfaces, software and source code — is the exclusive property of dfnocai or parties that have licensed it to dfnocai.

• Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish or exploit any content from the dfnocai platform without prior written consent.
• Use of dfnocai's trade names, brands or logos for commercial purposes without authorisation is prohibited.
• Any content generated by users on the platform (such as reviews or feedback) grants dfnocai the right to use, store and display it without compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

dfnocai makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption and securely, but we do not provide unconditional guarantees against the following:

• dfnocai is not responsible for any financial loss or other damages suffered by users as a result of using the platform, including losses from betting activity itself.
• dfnocai is not responsible for service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, internet network issues, power outages or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, transaction records kept by the dfnocai system will be considered final, unless there is strong evidence to the contrary.
• dfnocai is not responsible for any legal action or tax implications that users may face as a result of using this platform in their respective jurisdictions.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

dfnocai reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Activity indicating fraud, money laundering or hacking.
• A voluntary account closure request by the user themselves.
• Official orders or requests from the relevant legal authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, dfnocai reserves the right to retain the remaining balance in that account without any obligation to return it.

10. Amendments to These Terms

dfnocai reserves the right to amend, update or replace any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users.

• The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page with an updated amendment date.
• It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest terms.
• Continued use of the dfnocai platform after any amendment is published will be considered as the user's acceptance of that amendment.
• If a user does not agree with the changes made, they are encouraged to stop using the platform and contact the support team to close their account.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

dfnocai operates under an international licence and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements in its licensing jurisdiction.

• Users from Malaysia are fully responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding online gambling applicable in Malaysia.
• Any disputes arising from the use of the dfnocai platform will be resolved in accordance with the terms and procedures set by the regulatory authority in dfnocai's licensing jurisdiction.
• The invalidity of any provision in these Terms & Conditions under any law does not affect the validity of the other provisions contained within.
